Hello, all you beautiful people,

how yeah all doin?  hope everything is fine and dandy over in your worlds.
So the summer is coming up fast, and i still don't know what the the story
is.  still over yonder, in the land of oz, trying to find meself a
leepreechawn, and a pot of gold.  found everything else in between, but not
the two main factors that i have come for.  if i could only find my two red
shoes, and click my heels a few times, and then home sweet home, here i
come.  but no, life doesn't work that way  now does it??  have to put up
with all the other shite in this world!!  hovering over me like a rain
cloud, only it is a big ol' sheet cloud, and when it rains, it pours, and it
ain't water i'm trying to dodge, but big chunks of stanking sheet!

ahhh well...life goes on eh?

So i know how everyone wants to know how thangs have been going on in my
lil' world, and all i can say is 'IT'S ALL GOOD!!' I am having a deadly
time.
have quit my old job of buttering bread 6 hrs a day, 6 days a week, and have
started a new job working in a fine dining restaurant called manifestos.  I
am now a waitress, learning the inner workings of a 'classy' place.  oh
yeah!!  having to open the bottles of wine at the table, and place the rolls
onto the plates with silver tongs, and stuff.  me, doing this.  class.
am trying to get into the kitchen there, and then learn the fine workings of
the back.  it is a place that i would love to work in, and am crossing my
fingers.  the chef is dead sound, and very talented.  presentation of the
plates are amazing.  would be thrilled to work with someone as talented as
annah.  have been thinking about my future a little, and am trying to get
this show on the road yeah know.  might as well get some good experience,
make my c.v. look good for when i go home.  get some class experience and
blahblahblah...  the owner of the place is going to sponsor me into getting
my work visa and pay for it as well.  phew!!  get a years work visa, and i
will be set.  on goes the travel world.  hoohaa

just to let everyone know, it was my one year anniversary of being away from
home on the 17th, and am still going strong.  planning on leaving ireland in
august and do the whole eastern europe deal before i head home in september.
  but if i get my work visa, the irish pound is a heck of a lot better
compared to the canadian dollar, i might just go home to visit, then head
back to ireland and get meself a decent job, and earn some cash, and then go
home and go to school fulltime.  who knows.  this is this weeks plan, let us
see what next weeks plan is, or what destiny has in store for me.
dumdumdummmmmmmmmmm...

am working in a nightclub parttime as well.  picking up glasses.  so i am
actually earning money by going out instead of spending money.  sucks a bit
to see all my friends all liquered up, and i have to clean up after them,
but it ain't too bad.  get myself drink on the sly if yeah know what i mean.
  hahaa

so now that i will be having two days off in a row, making a lil' more cash,
i can start seeing a little bit more of ireland than i have been.  start
visiting all my friends that i haven't been able too yet.  the summer is
looking up.

ps, because of the whole foot and mouth crisis, i suspect that irelands
airway companies will be doing a lot of promotion flights, there was also a
bit of a strike with one of the airline companies, everything is fine now,
but i suspect there will be cheap flights going around, and anyone that is
into coming to visit me, they have a place to stay, and a right 'narly' tour
guide.
pps, please tell me how you all are doing, i am actually curious, and would
love to find out even the tiniest details of what is going on in your lives.
